We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return you must be the original purchaser of the item. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, which means unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging (plastic bag and box). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will only be given to through the account used to make the original purchase.

30-Day money back guarantee and refunds do not apply to international purchases.

To start a return, contact us at support@physioboard.net. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid UPS return shipping label. You will be responsible to drop the package off at a UPS store or distribution center. We can also arrange package pick up for you for a small fee, and the fee will be deducted from your refund amount.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you no longer have the original packaging, we can send you a replacement box and bag. The cost of the box, bag and shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To avoid oversized shipping costs your returned package cannot exceed 70 3/8 ” x 28 3/8 ” x 2 3/8” thick. Oversize shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount so please double check prior to shipping.

Completely tape over all seams and holes in the packaging and patch cardboard as necessary. Use multi-layers or thick packing tape.

Take pictures of the front and back of your returned product before and after packaging as evidence in case any damage occurs during shipping.

New Product Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@physioboard.net
